The problem: Magiczne Ogrody (Magical Gardens), one of Poland's top family parks, had social media accounts but no consistent strategy. Content was sporadic, engagement was low, and there was no clear system for growth.

What changed: A full content engine was built from scratch across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Every video, photo, and graphic was produced in-house. Performance data was tracked weekly and the strategy adjusted based on what actually resonated with the audience.

The outcome: Organic views hit 1M+ in a single week. A top Facebook reel reached 825k views and 1,851 comments. A "reply with your home country to get the promo code" strategy helped deliver the highest online ticket sales day ever; the only paid support was a single boosted reel.

Investor's Club SGH: record applications, zero ad budget

The problem: The Investor's Club at SGH struggled to attract enough new members each year. Previous recruitment campaigns relied on paid ads and still fell short of targets.

What changed: The entire PR strategy was rebuilt around organic content. Multiple Instagram accounts (Klub Inwestora, Akademia Private Equity, Crypto Academy) were managed as a coordinated ecosystem. Every post, reel, and story was designed to drive applications without spending on promotion.

The outcome: Record-breaking membership applications, the highest in the club's history. First time the campaign ran with zero paid advertising, and it outperformed every previous attempt.

Energy Week SGH: highest engagement in event history

The problem: Energy Week, a student-run conference at SGH, needed to fill seats and build online buzz. The PR operation required coordinating a team of ~20 people across content, visuals, and outreach.

What changed: The team was organised around clear deliverables: event identity, social media content, a podcast series, and coordinated outreach across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

The outcome: Highest website traffic and online engagement the event had ever seen.

The problem: A Web3 content studio needed to grow its presence in the Solana ecosystem and close deals with crypto exchanges, but had no structured marketing operation.

What changed: Marketing ops were built from scratch. Viral meme campaigns were launched targeting the right communities. Partnerships with accelerators and institutional partners were established. Coordinated and hired ~7 freelancers, training each operator and editor with documented workflows. Produced key event videos end-to-end.

The outcome: 3x increase in organic reach compared to the previous quarter. Video quality and engagement lifted after joining.

The problem: Content teams spending hours on repetitive tasks: scheduling, formatting, cross-posting, lead tracking. Senior executives needing thought leadership content but having no time to write it.

What changed: 8+ automation pipelines were built using n8n, Telegram bots, and Google Apps Script. Ghostwritten articles and Twitter threads published under executive accounts. AI-generated visual assets produced using ComfyUI and Kling.
